Headliner is the internet's nightly paper. No ad network, no API keys, no revenue share, no algorithm pretending to be taste. Tonight has one front-page story. Everything else is classifieds. At midnight UTC the crown locks, that edition is printed, and the masthead starts blank. Money taken at the box office never resets.

Why this exists

After Outbid, the field filled with pay-to-climb leaderboards: fifty-row boards, maps, job categories, luck coupons. This is not another ranking. Headliner sells a dated edition people screenshot — one headline, then below-the-fold classifieds, then yesterday's paper in the hall.

Directories usually rank by votes, SEO, or who knows the moderator. This house is dumber and more honest: if you want the traffic, buy the only front page. If someone wants it more, they take it before the paper goes to press. Paying less still puts you in classifieds. The ad stays; nobody wipes the booking.

If someone outbids you, your ad is still on the paper. Add money to the same URL or @handle — the previous booking isn't wiped. Midnight UTC levels the prices.

The board is public. Clicks go to the URL or @handle you submitted. There is no account, and listed products keep 100% of whatever happens after the click.
